“This review is purely for Ash the manager not for USC or the business. had trouble at the till and I couldn’t get my order so left without my top but the money still left my account came back and spoke to ash without any hesitation he got on the phone to customer service was told I’d get money back same day still didn’t go in week later visited again he got on the phone again and still didn’t go in for another week. Ash responded to me out of work hours and did all he could for me. Money is in now but left me with uncertainty in future transactions with USC should not of gone of that far. “After travelling everywhere for clothes for my girls, I came across this shop in Cha Cha plaza. It's been a few years now, and this is our number one shop for anything we need. Normally we find everything from here. Saves the needless extra runs in our busy schedule. Very calm experience and had no issues with the quality of service. Any problems are normally solved quite easily through the owner or staff members. They are good at listening and if staff members are not sure, they get back to you after speaking to the owner. Will be looking to come back again for another wedding season coming up. This shop is well equipped to deal with all the clothes and additional accessories that are needed.”
