    Travelodge Halifax

    ★★★★☆ 4.1

“Great location as at a function in The Arches. Caution on parking, good but payable as not part of the Travelodge. However doesn't seem obvious you have to pay so I didnt notice at first and hopefully haven't got a charge. Rooms a little tired but perfectly clean. No breakfast but cafes right outside.”

“Just completed the 8 week level one silver clay course with Ana and I can't recommend it highly enough. Each session was packed with learning and the course as a whole is incredible value. We completed six pieces of jewellery and gained a wide range of skills with which to build on. I am much more confident now when planning, designing and making new pieces of jewellery. Ana is always very generous with the tips, techniques and information she shares with her students and classes are always fun, the cakes are great too.”

“Been around a few decades this place and is now a Marston's pub. Popular with students with a jukebox playing, food and bar games like 2 pool tables, darts and slot machines. Hats off to the chef lady who cooked an amazing all day breakfast. Great eggs and the mushrooms and bacon really did have something different about them - char grilled?!?”

“We would like to give a huge shout-out to Naz at Cedar Court Bradford, who is truly exceptional. She always greets us so beautifully and instantly makes us feel like family. Naz is caring, considerate, and knows her job inside out. Her commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and making guests like us feel welcomed and settled in the hotel is second to none. It’s genuinely not the same when she isn’t around. She feels like part of the furniture—in the best possible way—and we always enjoy the lovely banter we share with her. Naz is professional, open, warm, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Her hosting skills are excellent, and she’s always there when needed. Me and my family adore her to bits and wish her every success in her role at Cedar Court Bradford. It’s because of people like Naz that we continue to return; she makes the whole experience wonderful. We’d also like to extend our best wishes to all the staff and management at Cedar Court. The hotel has really upped its game recently, and the rooms—especially the executive rooms—are delightful. They are extremely clean, furnished to high standards, and come with everything you could possibly need, including high-quality extras. You know a hotel is top-tier when they stock The White Company shampoos and conditioners—absolutely superb! If we were to make one small suggestion, it would be to add a standing wardrobe in the larger rooms so clothes can be hung up easily. Apart from that, the stay is exceptional—especially thanks to the brilliant management team, and of course, Naz. Without her, the place isn’t quite the same in terms of service! Best wishes, Tal and Aisha from Manchester”

    Homeleigh Hotel

    ★★★☆☆ 3.8
    Open

“I had booked to stay at a different hotel and upon arrival found they had cancelled my room. I was in a bit of a panic because I’d travelled from Scotland for a two day course and needed somewhere close by. I googled hotels and discovered Homeleigh Hotel. I am so grateful to Kevin for accommodating me at such short notice. My room was perfectly clean and welcoming, en-suite with clean towels. The room also had a kettle with ingredients to make coffee, tea etc. There was also a hairdryer, television and perfectly working WiFi. I also appreciated the off road parking as I have mobility issues and lots of luggage! I would highly recommend Homeleigh Hotel to friends, family and anyone else who is looking for great accommodation at a decent price. I’d definitely stay again.”

“Dtayed here twice. Good value for money both times place has been clean as expected. My only small gripe is the 10:30am checkout hence the 4 stars for service. If I was a business traveller then this would not be an issue but I stay there for visiting friends so it usually involves a late night so a normal 12:00 checkout would be a lot more favourable to me”

“My stay in these apartments was quite amazing. The letting agent till 2023 was OPEN HOUSE KEIGHLEY. They were so nice and prompt to get all service done. Regular carpet cleaning in the hallways and whole communal area was always nice and warm. Never had any noise disturbance. Place has plenty of parking with top notch security. You feels safe and at ease. All major stores for grocery, electronics, coffee, clothes, furniture are stone throw away. Amazing how its so close to tesco superstore and forster place retail park and yet so quite and calm. Never had any issues and all my complaints were acted upon quickly. Would love to go back and live there again. In the heart of Bradford city, the place I called home. ❤️❤️❤️”
