“We have eaten in many places in and around Bradford and if I was to base the review purely on food, this restaurant wins it hands down. Amazing tasting and you can see freshly prepared food. This is not a volume based chain where food is simply warmed up and served but instead, it feels, tastes and looks like it is freshly prepared for you. Understandably this can take a little time for the order to arrive but honestly the very best food I have eaten at a restaurant. The decor needs attention with signs of use and marks around. That said I have been to many places where the decor is pristine but the food is average. Based purely on food quality - top marks ! The atmosphere feels very calm and private with good lighting. Next time we come to Bradford for a meal - it will be here no question.”

“Exceptional service and amazing value for money. My partner and I were in Brighouse on business and came in here for dinner. June the lady that looked after us was absolutely lovely and so so attentive, nothing was too much. The only problem we have is that we live too far away to be able to come here again.”

“Located in the back of Bingley Garden Centre - beautiful fresh food and very friendly staff! The cafe is clean and bright in a conservatory. The staff are so helpful and talkative - really an asset to the garden centre and I can see why it was so busy! We will definitely be back, the quiche was to die for! Also - would definitely recommend the cakes.”

“On Friday 31st October we celebrated a family birthday party here as the food is always good. We booked upstairs and Mughals were more than flexible and accommodating with the set up and the décor arrangements. Sanam served us on the day and was very accommodating. She ensured upstairs was nice and warm and made sure all the guests were well tended to. She was amazing. We had a lovely evening and our family function did not disappoint. “Wow – what an absolutely outstanding experience we had at Kiplings in Sowerby Bridge! We came as a group of 7 from work, and honestly, from start to finish, it was nothing short of perfect. I can hand on heart say it’s one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to. First off, the service was next-level. The staff were genuinely lovely – friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. The manager in particular was a total gem. He spent so much time with us, chatting, having a laugh, and just genuinely making sure we were having a great night. His banter was spot on and he really helped bring such a fun, relaxed atmosphere to our table. You don’t always get that kind of personal touch these days, and it just made the evening even more memorable. What really impressed us was how they catered to everyone’s individual spice preference. We all like different levels – some mild, some full-on fiery – and they nailed it for each one of us. It’s not often you get that level of attention to detail, especially with a larger group. They even took the time to show us how ordering a simple pickle tray could completely change the flavour profile of your poppadoms and chutneys – honestly, it blew our minds. I’ve never had anyone explain that before, and it made the experience so much more interactive and interesting. Now let’s talk about the food... to die for. Genuinely. Every dish was packed with flavour, beautifully presented, and the portion sizes were massive – like proper hearty plates of food. No one left hungry, that’s for sure! You could tell everything was cooked fresh and with care. From the starters to the mains and the sides, everything was spot on. And here's the cherry on top: if you get there before 8pm, they do an Early Bird Menu – 1 starter, 1 main, and 1 side for just £14.99! Where else can you get that kind of quality, service, AND value? It’s honestly unheard of. The quality of food you'd expect to pay double for elsewhere. All in all, I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Whether you’re going for a casual meal, a work do, or a special occasion, Kiplings should be at the top of your list. We’re already planning our next visit – and next time, we’re bringing even more people. Hats off to the whole team for delivering a truly top-class evening. You’ve gained seven loyal customers for life!”

“Had a takeaway from this restaurant for the first time this evening. The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was perfect. Delivery was quick, and the food arrived piping hot. I’ve struggled to find a good curry place since moving to Huddersfield but I can say we’ve found our go to now. Will certainly be ordering again. Thank you!”

“Super clean and vibrant place. Lanes play well but there is what I found shortage of enough medium size balls (affected other friends) Staff very helpful and no shoes required but important to be wearing sturdy footwear. Toilets and parking available and there’s even a quiet space for prayer. Prices are fair in today’s climate but do book in advance and you can make use of the free drink (regular soft drink)”

“Lynsey and her staff are absolutely lovely. They were very accommodating and helpful. We literally had 3 weeks to plan the event a bridal shower and they managed to pull off a spectacular evening in short notice. The food was an Indian 3 course meal and the drinks we added, but overall a very good package and the event was such fun! We had a blast.”

“Fantastic hotel with outstanding staff. Just a note if you visit during warmer weather there is no air con on the 1st floor, not a criticism just worth bearing in mind. The staff make this hotel perfect as they are so attentive and helpful.”

“Stayed most of 1 night prior to early morning flight. Rooms usual Premier Inn standard. Extra tea, coffee etc available in reception. Had meal in adjacent Beefeater which was great. Hit cocktail hour (5pm) by chance and activated beefeater card for 50% off our food, so brilliant value. Taxi booked from hotel reception came exactly on time. Overall a stress free start to our holiday.”

“I have been a customer for donino's for years, they have always maintained a great quality base and provide plenty of toppings and sometimes the offers are good and it is good to see that you can watch behind the glass pizzas getting made. I waited for about 9mins for my order to be complete absolutely fantastic.”

“Always drove past this place thought I would pop in with me and my wife and little baby the restaurant made us feel welcome having a little baby who is asleep straight away getting into the starters they were outstanding. Normally we used to go to. Aargra but not anymore as the food quality isn’t that good this place was out of this world. The food is absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back next week. “We decided to stop by for a quick curry before heading to the fireworks in Elland tonight. We were not let down! We opted for the buffet. Poppadoms, followed by the hugest mixed starter for two (which we couldn't finish!) and a choice of six different main dishes with sides, at a bargain price! We couldn't fault the service, hospitality or food. Go and try the buffet yourselves! We will be back.”

“Great location, handy car park at the rear, the staff are fantastic & polite. There is some nice places to visit so this location is ideal. The food has always been good, the rooms are clean, iv never had a negative issue when I have stayed here, and I stay quite frequently.”

“I stayed here for two nights while visiting family. My double room (number 9) was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views across the gardens and countryside (see photo from window). It was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was the traditional full cooked, or you could have porridge. As I was on holiday I had the cooked breakfast both mornings, and highly recommend it. Fruit and cereal were also available, though no yogurt. The hotel has Wi-Fi throughout, including the rooms. Evening meals are available in the restaurant on request most nights except Sundays. There is a small bar, although I never saw anyone in it. The location is just a few minutes from Bingley town centre, but very quiet. It is also just a few hundred yards from Five Rise Locks and the Liverpool Canal, which are picturesque and interesting. Service at the hotel is friendly and professional, without being intrusive. I felt very relaxed and comfortable staying here, and will definitely return in future.”

“Food was beautiful and so much choice! The service was excellent, all waiters were attentive and we didn’t feel rushed. Had a couple of beers and ordered our food slowly making a night of it. Really busy inside, good atmosphere with lots of families enjoying time together. They have a brilliant 3 course meal deal through the week (5pm-7pm) which has so much choice and less than £20! Definitely returning here, could not fault it. Licensed bar, good choice of drinks to choose from. There is something on the menu to fit everyone’s palate with a wide range of vegetarian options available also.”
