Andy was friendly, professional and thoroughly assessed the injury, offering me great advice on how to manage it and ensure that I didn't experience any further issues. As well as this, he offered me advice on my running plans and training schedule, as well as showing me specific exercises which will benefit me going forward. I will definitely be using these in my training and won't hesitate to go back to Andy in the future.”

After struggling with problems with my back, neck, shoulder and plantar fasciitis for some time and seeing three other physios, I happened to see an advert for Tree of Life. I am so pleased that I did. Within a few minutes of my assessment appointment, Laura noticed that one hip was lower than the other and that in turn had caused all the other problems. None of the previous physios had looked at me holistically! A couple of months on and I am feeling so much better. Still doing my exercises regularly and seeing Laura every three or four weeks for one of her fantastic back massages and for her to keep an eye on how I’m doing! This is the first salon I have gone to which genuinely fulfils what you desire. Every service I have had has been faultless; I have thrown my hands about everywhere as a very clumsy individual but my nails do not crack even in the slightest; my eyebrow threading is done in a way which compliments my face so well despite them being very uneven; the massages and pedicures are extremely relaxing. Shreen is very knowledgeable in her area and this is very clear - she’s always happy to have a good convo and even sometimes becomes a personal councillor lol this place became a comfort space and I could never imagine going anywhere else where i’d be valued to such an extent as a customer.
