“The Rose Petal Cake Company were brilliant. Becky was amazing and lovely in designing our wedding cake , she’s so talented. Our cake looked beautiful, the cake tasted amazing! We will definitely be using Becky for future birthday cakes.”
“Lovely Horse Box Cafe on the coast line, right next to the sea swimming section. Staff were lovely and they've got a great selection of local products and snacks perfect for walking along the boardwalk or relaxing near the sea.”
“Busy café with so nice tarts ‼️”
“Very nice food ten times better service and really nice owners or family run”
“As I entered drift this morning with a friend the place was buzzing and very busy. It's so obvious why... the service was amazing and the food was to die for. We both had poached eggs on sour dough/multi grain toast with crispy bacon and vine tomatoes. The best breakfast I've had for a very long time. Very well presented and served. I will definitely revisit. Thankyou”
“What a charming little cafe, we loved the toasties! Very cheery, friendly service and great value. Looks basic from the outside but don't be fooled, this is a classic local and well worth seeking out.”
“A great little Bar-Restaurant located not far from the River Adur. It has a decent variety of local beers, ales, and gins. There was a reasonable amount of indoor and outdoor seating for its size. With outdoor seating, it leaves you in a great atmosphere, especially when the sun is shining and the nice cool breeze from the river hits you. The food I had was very tasty and freshly cooked. There's a good mixture of choices of options on the menu depending on your preferences. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. The number of toilet facilities was fairly limited for both male and females. Overall, everything was fairly priced. I had a pleasant experience on this visit, so I would definitely like to visit again.”
“Decided to try Artisan as now under new management. Friendly service with a smile! Caters well for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Very good range of coffees and teas. Enjoyed our visit and would recommend.”
“We found this pub while strolling in Shoreham. Food came very quickly and fish and chips were very good. Overall I recommend if you would like good food in the area”

“Absolutely love the stuff proper greasy spoon the way I remember in my younger days when I was a builder and the staff are absolutely wonderful I would recommend it to anyone”
“I was genuinely blown away by the quality of food in the Cafe. I had a Red Velvet Muffin and their Sausage, Bacon, and Egg sandwich. I added their own M&S ketchup to the sandwich. All of which was absolutely delicious and only cost me £12 with an iced caramel latte. My partner is celiac and got the Bacon Roll and an Iced Matcha. She really enjoyed her meal too. Seriously impressed, not just your usual supermarket Cafe.”
“An absolute gem - tucked away Cafe 8 is a lovely spot for breakfast, coffee and cake. Mandy (previously Hove RFC) offers her trademark fantastic coffee & delicious breakfasts served with the loveliest welcome. Great view of the runway, cute planting - my new favourite in Shoreham”
“Great coffee and amazing peanut butter/chocolate cake. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend.”
“So glad we popped in here today. A proper pub, great friendly staff and a fantastic garden. Going back for the live music ASAP. Shame it's not my local but 30 miles would be a long walk home.”
“Great micro pub run by a lovely couple. Nicely curated gravity driven cask beer, although there is a 2 line keg as well (one lager and one keg ale). Plus, there are plenty ciders, which personally I hate but they have plenty and my friends were very happy with their choices.”
“Sat in for a spot of brunch tucking into a spinach and ricotta roll with I think the most aesthetically pleasing mocha I’ve seen. Also, the taste matched the presentation. This may be the best coffee in town!”
“The coffee and croissant were exceptionally delightful. I must say, it was one of the best coffees I've ever had. The atmosphere and breakfast were also truly enjoyable.”
“Loved their Buddha bowls very generous amount even on the small ones. They do plant based milks which is great sadly today was the last day in the area so probably won't be back for a while. Brilliant staff always some good tunes on and spotless clean”
“Lovely place, best place to visit in Shoreham. Its tucked around the corner from the church yard so away from the busy high street and served the best gluten free cake I've had in a good while, plus it was a proper sized cake!”
“Great small venue. Crowded but not "sardines"! Standing only but noticed some seats had been reserved and a few people sitting in them near the front which was lovely to see - great inclusion for those that struggle to stand for a gig. Presume this was arranged in advance.”
“Come across this gem whilst working down here and trust me I'm so glad I did, The food was so tasty and succulent. I was asked to try this pizza the chef cooks for the staff , it's bread with a sweet peanut buttery topping, sorry for not remembering the name but it was delicious. We will definatly be going back here. No other takeaway comes close. Thanks guys for that very tasty meal. The kofta was absolutely mouth watering. Well done you certainly know your stuff. See you soon. Lee.”
“Super friendly pub. Great staff, good beers. It has an excellent range of different ales. The people always are very friendly and there is usually some great live music.”

“Perfect airport cafe/restaurant with REAL art deco look and feel and panoramic views of the airfield, plus outside terrace to take the sun. We were there for cafe visit and were served by friendly, helpful staff. Good coffees. Tea in teapot and Danish Pastries to die for - ming that waistline!”
