“Andrea has been taking care of my high drive puppy for almost a year now, and I am extremely happy with the service that Bow Wows Canine Care provide. I was anxious about walking my puppy due to several bad dog attacks on my previous dog. Andrea very kindly allowed me to join her on some group walks, which has enabled me to regain my confidence. I cannot thank her enough for her support. Having seen how happy all the dogs are in her care, including my own, I can now relax knowing that my puppy is loved and well taken care of in my absence.”

“Lovely, quiet oasis with easy access to South Downs Way. The fact that there is a lovely host who is a talented water-colour artist is a bonus. The breakfasts were heart and very well prepared. No issues dealing with one vegetarian and one coeliac/celiac. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms quiet as it faces the back garden. Easy walk into the village for meals, pubs and groceries. The official "greeter cat" is a real character. (See picture).”

“Adrian at the HH office is exceptional and very contactable. Typical response from another agent below. Adrian was days more proactive than them! He had a contract underway before others had made their first appointment! I was in customer service and like St JL we tried to exceed expectations. Larger agents do the opposite with outstanding arrogance: “Thank you for your email. I am currently out of the office until 08:45 hours on Tuesday and this email address is not monitored”.”

I dealt with Sydney and Briony, who were both very kind and professional. They were always responsive, patient, and extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance. I also liked that maintenance checks were carried out mid-tenancy to ensure everything was working properly, and all of this was communicated and arranged in advance with proper notice.
