“The most friendly and welcoming atmosphere I have ever been to stay, Ash was an excellent host, the room was comfortable and garden lovely. Very informal atmosphere, it was like staying at you best friends home and was a great location for me.”

“Imagine life has knocked the wind out of your sails and finding yourself without a home and wandering the earth like a vagrant, alone, cold and without hope - like a really rubbish Hulk. You visit a few letting agents who make promises that are empty... like my ex's heart. You lose faith in the lettings market. Become disillusioned. Consider buying a van. Maybe a boat. Maybe become a pirate. You know... ridiculous thoughts like that. Then, you walk into a letting agent to be warmly welcomed and looked after and, within 48 hours, you have secured yourself a new home! The gang at Hartley Bennett are a credit to themselves and are just so helpful, approachable and efficient - it was a real pleasure. While it can be tricky to get hold of letting agencies once you have moved in, Khalil Properties hold your back whenever you need them. Highly recommend letting property through them!”

“Unbeatable Location and Value in Brighton! Number 75 is a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to be right in the heart of Brighton! The location is truly the best—you step out the door and are immediately at the seafront, pier, and The Lanes. It made exploring the city so incredibly easy. The self check-in process was seamless and stress-free, which I really appreciated, allowing for a flexible arrival. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including the essential tea/coffee facilities and fast Wi-Fi. Yes, being in such a central, vibrant location means you get city noise, but that’s the trade-off for staying in the middle of all the action! If you're looking for prime access to the beach and all of Brighton's nightlife and attractions at a great price, this place is superb value for money. Highly recommend for a central, convenient, and fun stay!”

“3 nights in Prem. Inn Brighton. Great location in town centre. Staff extremely efficient, very friendly and eager to help. Very nice bar and resteraunt. Typical of these establishments could do with a lick of paint here and there but on the whole a very nice stay.”

“Cheap and cheerless...definitely one of the cheaper places I have seen around but my friend and I were both happy with our twin room. Plumbing made a weird noise whenever used, doors slammed way too easily (I must have slammed the door so many times because of those overactive closers), but you get what you pay for. If you aren't looking for the Ritz and you intend to spend most of your time out of the room except when you are sleeping, why worry about how beautiful the place is? It had a bed, it had a (passably clean) tiny toilet, it had a kitchen (no comment, didn't look or use it), it had a bathroom with electric shower (plenty of space for a shower cubicle, but they chose not to)...and you can see the sea from outside...beggars can't be choosers. Yes, the staff were a little bit standoffish, but they aren't exactly being paid top rate so people should quit complaining and go elsewhere if they want excellent service...me, I needed them twice, at check in and check out, so I didn't care.”

“Wonderful! Myself and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay. We asked for a room with a bath tub and the property were incredibly accommodating at making it happen for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, there was a large TV and clean, quirky bathroom which we loved. Great view, amazing location very central and just 5 minutes from shops, coffee shops and the water, easy check in and very fresh. Couldn’t have asked for a better time- thank you!!”
