“I visited this shop approx 5 years ago when I purchased some gold earrings. I've since used them for the repair of an anniversary clock, which was very sentimental to me as it was a 50th wedding anniversary present of my grandparents. I have also had my silver bracelet repaired and two gold bracelets made from a broken gold necklace which previously belonged to my late Mum. The repairs were very reasonable and I wouldn't take them anywhere else now. The shop is only open 3 days a week but all details are on the website.”

“Amy was single handedly running the shop as a member of staff hadn’t turned up. She was like a swan - calm & helpful, not panicking at all even tho there was a queue of about 4 people waiting to pay, she politely said she would be with them and when the moment was right she went off and sorted them all out answering other people’s questions at the same time. She was careful about making sure I was happy with placement and cleanliness and I was very happy with it all no pain - just a flick on my ear lobe and the earnings were in. I can see why she’s a manager and I hope the employer is conscious that she is a true asset to the store. Thank you Amy”
