“Not only the best experience at a pet store, but possibly the best customer service experience I've ever received. I recently moved to the area and have been visiting this store for all of my dogs needs. Every time I visit the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They remember me and my pet, as well as his needs and use that knowledge to make well informed recommendations. I must say, it is a joy going in every time. They always seem genuinely happy to see me and my dog and it's very clear they have a deep love for animals. My dog doesn't like being touched on his behind and one of the staff even sat with me and my dog and showed me some training exercises to help combat that. I can't recommend this place enough, if you are in the area, please pay these guys a visit.”

“Very good vets, they looked after our dog Billy for about 12yrs. Pablo the vet is very friendly and knowledgable. Always happy to explain any issues in detail. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the whole staff that dealt with Billy on his last day did it in a caring manner.”

They also run a fabulous dog show at Hove Lagoon which the dogs, owners and spectators love. It so well attended and draws great crowds, especially for temptation alley! “This is best leisure center for Brighton even without a swimming pool. It has gym, indoor-outdoor tennis courts, modernized gym, football-running field, many squash courts, many special classrooms, sauna, a pub and even climbing wall…. Some more maybe I’m not aware. Big free parking space. Staff very friendly and problem solver. Clean, warm and not annoying busy. Open till 10 pm. What else; go and try for free! They have plenty options for membership. Go for it you’ll not regret it!!!”

“Loved going to the triangle, 2 massive indoor pools, one outside pool and one lazy river that takes you outside. Another lazy river which is quite fast, a nice seating place inside of the lazy river. As soon as you get out of the changing rooms, it's straight to the pool. Nice cafe and lovely workers. Would recommend.”
