Jacqui provides excellent dietary advice and has an outstanding selection of food, treats, and even toys to choose from. Their Christmas Grotto is a delightful bonus. “Meridian Vets are absolutely brilliant- Larissa has been looking after our kitties for years and she’s just fabulous. She’s kind, considerate, professional and empathetic- all our kitties are and have been rescues, sometimes with a traumatic past so this has made a big difference to their care. They all love her ! All the other vets we’ve seen over the years have been great too and the nurses are fantastic and caring. The receptionists are brilliant- always kind and understanding . “Another great hair cut for the little fella. The staff make him feel comfortable and he always enjoys his visit. It might have something to do with the bone that I buy him after but I think it's because he enjoys the beauty treatment. Nails done, teeth cleaned, hair cut all in a couple of hours. Very happy”

“Sally worked wonders with my feisty wire fox terrier. She is usually very difficult, hates her face and legs to be groomed, and I have usually had them cut as short as her body to ease her stress. But she came out looking as a w.f.t should, with beautiful fluffy well groomed legs and face. And, I was told how good she had been, a real testament to Sally, who seems to really understand the character of this breed.”

Unfortunately scufts didn't have the fabric colours in stock we wanted but instead of making us wait they have sent another collar free of charge to keep us going until the correct materials are back in stock, which they have also said we can keep as a spare. “What a wonderful shop to go to. Not only is it fresh and open, the animals look well cared for. Adam, Tori and Nick are so helpful and they are not trying to hurry you out of the shop or forcing you to buy something. It's worth taking the little ones, as they have some lovely species of lizards that I have never seen or heard of. Fair pricing and if they haven't got what you want, they will try to get it in.
