“The virtual fitting service while the shop is closed is fantastic, my daughter needed her first pair of shoes and Tanya was able to give us the reassurance we needed that the shoes fitted well. The website guidance for how to measure at home was easy to follow and Tanya came around the next day with a variety of sizes and styles to try. We now have a very happy girl who is extremely proud of her shoes! Also always had a great experience in the Clifton shop when we have been in with my son. Thank you!”

“Last Friday 29th of July 2022, I turned up at Mandco Midsomer Norton at 8.55am. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the door touching her watch as I was early. She was joking and kindly opened for a very flustered customer! ME!! I informed them I had a wedding in Nottingham that day and my outfit I ordered on line was not right! Both ladies showed their empathy & professionalism and I left the shop 30 minutes later with dress, fascinator shoes and earrings all for an amazing price as it was in the sale. I can not thank these ladies enough and I have forgotten their names sorry I hope they know who they are though and again thank you and I will be back x”

“I'm a regular and happy customer. Their bras are flattering and fit well and are more robust than they appear. Very impressed with recent customer service, when I complained about the design of some Deilen briefs. They were replaced free of charge with a different style even though I'd worn them.”

We've been in several times for suits and decided today was the day we brought one, definitely the best decision! The staff were amazing as always. So helpful and friendly, they dont try and push expensive suits on you at all. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was too much. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely changing rooms. And caring towards their customers and even let our daughter sit down and chill because she was tired! Their returns policy is absolutely incredible and they'll order in suits for you if needed, considering we need 7, this gives us great peace of mind! Thank you so much !!”
