We rented out an additonal side room as a kids room which i think the parents liked more than the kids as they could play but still be nice and close to be monitored. The team were really helpfull getting us booked, up and running and also with the clean up / packdown.”

“Booked with my two kids (10f 7m) and my parents to go in the afternoon on a weekend. There was plenty to do as we walked around the park. Kids never stopped and were never bored. The adventure playground dominates the main field with plenty of things to climb, swing on, or slide down. Other activities the kids enjoyed were peddle karts, climbing wall, feeding the goats, mini golf, and the slip n slide and pools (summer only). They had a great time and I thought it was definitely good value.”

“A beautiful spot to tour and relax in Bath. The entrance is an easy bus ride or an uphill walk. Staff and volunteers are friendly and informative. I went at opening time and had the place mostly to myself for a bit and it never became crowded. The walk around the park is nice and worth doing, but not a must-do. My favorite part was sitting in on the reclining chairs reading and enjoying the view and the birds.”

“I rented the Avon Hall and the games room for my daughter's birthday party. There were around 60 guests and I had hired an ABBA tribute act. The premises were perfect for the occasion. The Avon Hall is quite large and bare but we had put up lots of decorations. We used the games room to lay out food and drink. There are three toilets very close to the Avon Hall, which was good. All in all, a great party in an excellent community centre.”

“My mini struggled with transition and just didn't settle well at his previous setting , moved to greenshoots and best decision . They supported him exactly as I hoped at the right pace for him and his needs , staff were nurturing ,professional, knowledgeable about additional needs and fun . They treated them as their own and truly enjoy their job mad as a box of frogs the kids love their enthusiasm for dressing up ,creative games and gusto they have . All this combined made my little ones time there amazing he loved it and them.He came out of his shell started talking more he made more friends and they supported him in his goals. Communication was effective between home and pre school I always felt informed ,involved and supported with school transitions ehcp etc . Would highly recommend if your looking for a family feel, somewhere the kids are able to explore ,learn get muddy and have fun and be themselves.”

“We hold our annual orchard celebration at Corston Village Hall. It’s a brilliant venue and the team of volunteers who run the hall are really helpful. We use the self catering facilities to cook the meal and the AV equipment is top notch for delivering our annual presentation.”

We could not have asked for more from her key worker, they have a lovely relationship. Now she is happy and confident and looks forward to preschool days. She comes home covered in sand, mud, paint, glitter etc. Just as it should be. They have access to the school grounds which is amazing. I challenge you to find a preschool with more green space!”
