“Can’t fault this take away one bit! The shop is very clean which we noticed straight away. The food we had was amazing - very tasty! Our favourite dish was the Salt & Pepper Crispy King Prawns. “I cannot understand why there are so many bad reviews here, I have not been back here for ages and that is only because my family and I have laid off takeaways. Tonight I treated myself to a hkh, as always it was great as before thanks to memorable meals from here in the past, I drive past many takeaways to come here I live 7 miles away and always return here chilli beef, chilli pork, and duckling an egg fried rice always amazing thankyou again, miss seeing dad pat there but even after a few months they still remembered my name amazing thankyou - big john”

The sweet and sour chicken is a real standout: perfectly crispy batter with tender, juicy chicken inside, all coated in a sauce that strikes the perfect balance between tangy and sweet without being overly heavy. Their special fried rice is packed full of prawns, roast pork, chicken, and vegetables, making it a meal in itself. We also love their beef with black bean sauce, where the beef is always tender, and the sauce is rich and full of authentic flavour. One of the things we really appreciate about Hing Tai is the freshness of the food. You can tell everything is cooked to order — the vegetables stay crunchy and vibrant, and nothing ever feels greasy or rushed. “Love this takeaway! Never tried until last year and I fell in love! So I had to tell everyone and try promote as id never noticed it tucked away like that! This place is a gold mine! Curry sauce is the traditional English oriental way! Nice curry infusion. Food cooled to perfection. Never ever have I ever had complaints. Please try promote through social media and Snapchat to keep this shop still in town. They've been there for years!!! Such lovely lovely people! Happy new year to you guy's. “Ten out of ten. The sauces are thick but not starchy. Best Satay in bristol. Salt and pepper breaded fried squid is amazing. Huge portions of rice. Far better than the other places nearby. Really good ratio of chicken to sauce to vegetables. not over loaded with veggies. The perfect mix in my opinion. The vegetarian options are great also, very nicely fried tofu which tastes great with the sauces. I get food from here every week and always regret being lazy and ordering online with someone else as its never as good. lovely staff, wish I could give them a tip and a hug! I would recommend these people over my friends business (don't tell them) hehe.”

“Although their rating is 3.8, and other people complain about slow delivery times, just give Zheng a try, their delivery to me was fast. Chow Mein, Sweet and Sour Pork and Honey Pepper Beef, was what I ordered and all of them were fantastic, Wok Hey was plenty. Would 100% order again!”

“We've only been in the area a year, umm yeah, it is a year, and we tried a few different Chinese takeaways, coming from Bath, we had two that really stood out for us and we chose according to what we wanted. But the ones we tried in this area before Oriental Sunrise were.....bland. But then we tried this one, which actually has lamb on the menu which was promising! Considering my default was always Beef n Blackbean becaise i almost never saw lamb available, I was stoked. Lamb is kind of a regional thing in Chima, and most takeaway menus are influenced by where the owners come from. We're still experimenting with the menu, but this is definitely the best of the Chinese takeaways in the Radstock/Midsomer area. As for delivery, they are always fast, so if we order chips, they've barely sweated in the bag. I do definitely recommend this one if you like flavour with your Chinese food.”
