“Great service! I turned up ten minutes before closing time on the bank holiday Monday and yet the young man on the till was patient and really helpful. Sold me everything I need. Would definitely recommend based on his customer service alone.”
“I went to this store for the first time recently. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's so nice to have some banter and it makes me want to go back there in future. It's a bit like Argos where you chose out of the catalogue the product you want, write the number down. Hand over the paper and pay for the item and wait for it to be picked. Suggestion: Check the catalogue to see if it says "next day". This means you can pay for it but they will order it for you to collect the next day. They may not have all the items in stock on that day but this is covered by the catalogue. Love going there, now I know it's there I'll definitely be a returning customer. Quicker than getting to B & Q for me.”
“Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Popped in for some advice on wine for our wedding, Niall was very helpful but not pushy. They also made it very easy to return when we needed to return some things after our wedding day.”
“Great selection with knowledgeable staff on site. Wonderful suggestions to to try out based on personal preferences. Good selection for gifting and wine tasting events. Highly recommend to any wine enthusiast”
“I've been here plenty of times over the years either for Friday Fun on a Friday Evening or for Stay & Play Cafe”

“Fantastic place to go to for all your D-i-Y essentials - some materials and all the tools you could ever wish for. Click and collect could not be simpler. The counter staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“A great range of wines, spirits, beers and coffee beans. Really knowledgeable, friendly staff. Happy to deliver cases of wine and create a case for you. Good value and much more interesting drinks than in the supermarket”
“One of my favourite places to shop, for snacks, ingredients on the upper floors. (Especially Konjac and Gluten/bean curd snacks) Your best go to for affordable tasty food! Extremely helpful staff who will guide you towards anything you're looking for, please visit, expand your platter!”
“This shop is definitely the best Polish shop in Bath. Friendly staff and the lady owner is always very helpful and happy to preorder bits and pieces they're out of stock. Consistent and pleasant experience, so not a surprise 5⭐ P.s. This one in town next to Odeon is a total disaster.”
“Mr exclusive drinks the name says it all I was particularly impressed with their selection of drinks there was so many to choose from but the worker helped me out and suggested few good sellers they have which worked out perfectly for us. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service we shell see you again”
“This is a wonderful outdoor stall selling fresh fruit and vegetables at very good prices. It is just outside Marks and Spencer and open from 8:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. This is an excellent safe place to stock up with fresh healthy produce without having to enter a crowded supermarket.”
“Matt and Lucy are great. They both have top notch customer service skills and are so friendly and welcoming both have give me so great recommendations. Always informative but not over bearing wine snobbery. Matt always know my palette and where to point me for good old trusted favourite alternative and Lucy hit the jackpot for me the other week with Calhavera, something I would of even thought of trying but wow wow wow!!!”
“Good prices, great range of produce and products, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend for any food shopping in Easton”
“Stokes is a miracle of Moorland road. Having lived in the area all my life stokes has been a true winner in recent years. Wonderful fruit and veg, as well as loads of ingredients which are harder to find elsewhere. I have now moved away and relish a chance to visit every time I am back.”
“Great products, brilliant service and an awesome atmosphere. All the staff here are passionate about getting the best deal for their customers and will spend as long as it takes with you to decide what you want, even if you only want one juice. I came here wanting to start vaping and left happy with my purchases; I felt like the ball was in my court and there was no pressure to purchase if I wasn't happy. Would recommend to anyone novices and veterans alike. Keep up the great service.”
“VERY helpful staff and a great selection of herbs and spices.”
“Great shop, competitive prices, very clean and amazing selection of Arab, Turkish, Kurdish, Persian foods. Best naan bakery in BS5 and I’ve never seen frozen mulberries for sale anywhere else!”
“I couldn't figure why I'd give 5 stars to a supermarket, but then I tried to rationalise not giving it 5 and couldn't think of a reason to knock a star off.”
“Staff were so helpful when I went back for a minor problem with a product (florentines). All sorted quickly, very friendly and efficient - really excellent customer service from both the customer assistant and manager.”
“Cracking supermarket with a wide selection of foods. Alot of polish delights and fab beers. Brilliantly priced and lovely staff. One of the few decent places left in trow.”
“I hope the manager who’s reading this knows that the real asset of this Restaurant is definitely his/her staff! I had initially thought I would eat at Rosa’s Thai however the prices are ridiculous but I really fancied something hot and spicy! My chilli chicken was delicious and plentiful in fact I hardly ate any of the rice. My taro bubble tea was the best I’ve had in ages, but as I said the star of the show was the really friendly and helpful young lady behind the counter.”
“First time found this amazing cafe/restaurant,I just wanted a snack but they do breakfast,Indian food and Mexican open till 10pm,great service by Akhil”
“Good place for tools, materials etc”
“Staff very nice, good bargains. Lots to look at,”
“I was intrigued by this shop and entered just to have a look but stepped outside by hands full. It's a nice shop where you can find vegan, organic, natural and regional products. They have a lot of things like cheese, bread, teas, sweets, drinks, ... It's a really nice shop to try new things and buy products from Somerset like goat cheese, apple juice or honey.”
“Lovely little venue. Was a very good host to our large group of 14 heads. Lee the owner was very generous and new a lot about all the drinks behind the bar. Plenty of choice not just beer and ale but spirits too. Would definitely recommend !”
“Oh,lovely shop! It has all your heart could desire to eat :) -delicious food sweet and savoury from all over Europe and lovely friendly staff. The only downside is that I cannot help spending lots of money in there everytime:)”
