“Fantastic experience at Proclinic! I came here to get advice on the removal of a solar lentigo mole and had an initial consultation with John. John was very approachable and professional and as part of this consultation did a small patch test with the laser on the mole area to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. It was very reassuring to be advised that I would not be charged a fee until John was confident that the laser treatment would be successful. Following this I made a further appointment to complete the treatment and am very very happy with the result; the laser has very effectively removed the mole - 100% improvement. “Have attended the Bristol clinic for the 30 hour package which I completed across 5 months. There is nothing but positives to speak about regarding the clinic but also the administrative team as well. From fuss free delivery of equipment to be able to do the physio at home to a friendly face in clinic every Thursday evening. I would recommend to anyone who is unsure if they want to try physio for scoliosis to try this place before anywhere else. I got a reduction in pain and an improvement in my posture which I didn’t know was possible due to being fused for majority of my spine (T3-L4). I learned more my back and spine that I didn’t know before and feel like I know how to help look after myself better moving forwards. 10/10 no complaints a very happy customer. Just got to keep the hard work up now at home!”

The whole team have been nothing but supportive and caring throughout. From the moment I stepped through the door of every appointment Kat was the most warming welcome. Emily guided us through all my medication and explained where we were at in the journey expertly, answering my 101 questions and reassuring me that I was doing great. “I have been having regular massages with Beata Law since April 2013. Beata is friendly and professional and always manages to maintain an atmosphere of calm. Her massages are wonderfully relaxing and she always seems to find any muscle knots I have acquired from hunching over a computer all day. I have also noticed that the wrist pain that I have suffered intermittently for the past 15 years has gone since I have been having regular massages. Beata uses lovely organic oils which leave my skin soft and smooth. “Fantastic! I arrived at Willow in January, and today, nearly half way through April, my back is significantly better. Over Xmas and NY, my back was causing me major discomfort, meaning waking up at night constantly in pain, and not able to lift anything of notable weight.
