“Big sports TV, pool tables, darts, great beer selection, food available, I picked up Crisps Artois here, the amazing landlord saved them for me! He is a class act, friendly, enjoys a laugh with customers and is open to anyone whether regulars or not. Friendly and amazing pub in Bath - you can get the 5 bus from the centre which stops just outside. Amazing views from the huge windows out the front too. Totally recommended!”

“Just had a lovely weekend away, and stay at the Lamp Post Villa. The room was modern with an ensuite shower, and very comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was included in the price: juice, lovely filter coffee, tea, toast, preserves, croissants, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit and set you up for a good start to the day. The location was great, only a 10 minute, pleasant walk to the centre. The b&b offers great value, and the host Carmine was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.”

“To be honest, my stay with this agent was quite pleasant, they were very helpful and looked out for me, a lot of these reviews don’t really reflect the true nature of this company, eg Elio and Katie were always very helpful and were never afraid to help and almost lenient in some cases. I truly enjoyed my stay at my property the location and neighbours all the way to landlords this company were up to par. “We have rented with Liane Hanks Residential for just over a year, and our experience has been excellent. They have always been professional and friendly during inspections and are consistently happy to help with any issues, whether over the phone or by email. Their responses are quick, and whenever we’ve asked for advice or recommendations, they’ve offered support straight away. The check-in process was also very thorough. They provided lots of helpful information, including guidance on keeping the property mould-free, which we really appreciated. The inventory report, carried out by a third party, was extremely detailed, and we were given seven days to add our own comments and photos to ensure a fair and accurate representation of the property. We are due to vacate the property soon and have already been sent detailed cleaning advice outlining exactly how to leave each room, along with a copy of our inventory so we can compare and ensure everything is left as it was found (minus fair wear and tear). When we’ve had questions about what counts as wear and tear, they were happy to advise us clearly and honestly. Thank you Hayley, Liane, Jacey, and Laura for everything you have ever done for us. We cannot thank them enough for the service they have provided us and would highly recommend them.”
