Even if they are busy which it often is, they will still give you the time for what you want. Sometimes there is a queue because they are popular but they work in order. I don’t go anywhere else. Just one little, little thing was it would have been great if the cafes were at full operation levels as it have a profitable spell for the centre. The next morning, we happily set off on our journey, but a few hours later we received a phone call from the hotel informing us that our jewellery box had been left in the room. Inside were my gold and pearl necklaces and other valuable items. Thanks to the honesty and professionalism of your staff — especially the housekeeping team — everything was kept safe and returned to us exactly as we left it, even after a month. We are truly impressed by the integrity, kindness, and excellent service we experienced. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved, and a special appreciation to the room cleaner who found and secured our belongings. This level of honesty and care is rare, and it will always be remembered.
