I had a problem for a few months, asked them to check during my MOT and they found it straight away and told me over the phone because it was there all day (my choice). As it is a busy garage, I had to book a slot a week later to fix the problem and they were quick (sat and waited this time), no hidden agendas and they even showed me the dodgy part they replaced, spot on! Maxine performed my ultrasounds with a laugh and a smile, making the whole experience reassuring every time. The biggest shout-out to my lead nurse Ana! Our journey hasn't been smooth, but she has a fountain of knowledge and experience I cannot value enough. She made the weight of the experience feel lighter. I cannot thank her enough for the support she gave us throughout our journey. Now I start my pregnancy journey with the NHS I am sad to be discharged from the clinics care.
