    “I am new to the CAMHS service at Tonteg Child & Family clinic and I was a bit nervous about attending. I found the welcome very friendly, and the mental health nurse who saw us (I think his name was Rich) and the trainee nurse who were present were both so good. I felt very reassured by his advice and appreciated the advise/sign posting about our next steps. From GP referral to this initial assessment was only 3 weeks which exceeded my expectations. I don't know, however, the wait time for next steps. Thank you CAMHS for the work you are doing.”

Despite how full the car park was, there were still a couple of spaces available. We were served very quickly at the till and, despite the coffee shop being busy, there were still a few tables available. We were both very happy with our hot drinks.”
