βPopped in for a quick pint ( SA high recommended) stayed to watch some sport.( choice of TVs ) Ordered Fish n Chips. Without doubt the best Iβve had in a long time. Pubs got a great atmosphere and friendly staff - what more do you want from a city centre pub. I can see why itβs such an iconic pub in the heart of the cityβ
βI had a couple of coffees and an almond croissant, and everything was delicious. I was served by a young guy in glasses who kindly explained the coffee beans and provided service with a smile. I would recommend.β
βWent in yesterday to buy some rings for Christmas and considering how busy it was all of the staff were lovely. We had haaniyah looking after us on our visit and she was so lovely with great knowledge of the products. Thank you haaniyah for making that shopping trip a lot easier for us:)β
βHamish stayed for 2 night, 3 days - we had lots of photos and videos, and every day we were kept updated on Hamish. Hamish hasnβt really mingled with other dogs but at royvon they kept a close eye and introduced him to others and he took to them very well. Will definitely return as felt hamishs needs were met to the fullest.β
βThis was an insightful museum to visit, delving into the economic drivers of Weston-Super-Mare throughout time! One section has old railway signage and talks about how the train connectivity brought more money into the town, a boat is shown separately from its industrial heydays. The former Donkey Chair taxi and a model of Weston in the 1960's are unique additions, shopping history is also delved into as the prominent items are touched on and the town's post-World War 2 period. Tourism's impact is another key point even incorporating outfits here, love the puppet theatre attraction as well!β
βVisited cardiff for the first time since Christmas lockdown and my further appreciation of whiskey. Visited wallyβs and was greeted by an attentive customer service who asked what type of whiskey I liked and offered some samples. Found Balblair 12 year old to my liking. Highly recommend.β
βStumbled across this lovely little wine bar by accident. The staff (Gabe and Luca) were so knowledgeable and the choice exceptional. A hidden gem.β
βDecided to come here for a bite before driving back home. Had a calamari to start with, well presented. A medium rare stake to follow and a tiramisu to finish. The calamari was good and tasty, just a bit on the thinner side. The stake was cooked medium rare as requested, seasoned just right and the sauce that it came with made it even better. The tiramisu was just great, just how a tiramisu should be. Great service from the staff as well. Having dinner with a good view and some live music from around makes it a really nice place to be at. Finishing off with a shot of limoncello is a nice touch! Definitely will be back when I visit Cardiff again!!!β
βThis place is so cute! Like a mini castle. The scones.. marvellous! The tea, well I didn't actually have tea but I bet it's the real deal. I had coffee and some scones (I know.. I know) I'll be back though. It's a small tea room with extra seating upstairs, all very relaxing. Definitely worth a visit.β
βWhat a lovely cafe. Really friendly staff. Lovely looking cakes and excellent choice of drinks. Great location with views. Lots of covered seats if wet. Spot on!β
βLovely place feels very homely, service was on point, the two lunch menuβs had great variety and keen prices - would recommend anyone to eat here - GREAT PLACE we opted for the fish and chips today and tasted great - well done we shall see you soonβ
βReally nice beach side coffee shop. Went in for a drink to take for our travel home. I got a kinder latte and my friend got a chai latte (?) With oat milk. The gent that served us was amazing and even asked if the alternate milk choice was a preference or an intolerance. When told it was an intolerance he told us it would be done in a seperate jug and cleaned twice. Very good with allergens!β
βBought a lovely pair of cat earrings for my daughter at Cardiff Bay Fayre. She loved them ! Zoe was so lovely and welcoming. Her jewellery is amazing and will definitely buy from her again. Happy daughter = Happy mum!β
βOne of the best coffee places ever and this is not an exaggeration. Great coffee, great chat and great atmosphere - what more do you want! Get yourself down there - I can't get enough, I'm literally there every week!β
βFantastic service, friendly team of people. Much better than the groomers Iβve been using, the amount of hair they got off my Lab was amazing, given he was groomed monthly I was shocked..lovely clean salon. Will be the only groomers Iβd recommend.β
βLovely little shop with a fantastic craft beer selection. One of the best selections of Deya and Vault City Brewing I've seen. Another fantastic addition to Bridgend Town Centreβ
βAs a regular Wine Fiend customer I have enjoyed some beautiful (and organic and sustainable) wines as well as some great Welsh gin and lovely port. Quick, friendly and reliable delivery with expert advice from Dean if needed. Highly recommended!β
βVery nice cigar shop with a great variety of premium cigars. The prices are great and staff are amazing, they have been eagerly answering all of the dumb questions I had and were very friendly and polite. If you are looking for some great cigar to enjoy, this is the place to go.β
βLovely friendly bar selling a variety of local spirits.β
βThat's a very solid whiskey shop by any standard! I was especially interested in them selling the Taiwanese Kavalan whiskey, but of course they also have a fantastic choice of Scottish and Irish whiskeys as well. Highly recommended for any whiskey lover!β
βReturn a item of clothing today two ladies in the shop were so helpful couldn't ask for a better serviceβ
βSo attentive and customer focused love This Shop And The Peopleβ
βGreat customer service, but after a convo with the manager I discovered he prefers Lego over Warhammer, so unfortunately I'll have to come back and buy more to prove him wrong.β
βNot been here in over 20years . Iβve Been to a vintage inn run restaurant before but not this one . A busy restaurant , better to book than just turn up and hope to get a table. A really nice setting and lovely atmosphere as you walk in . Staff are very friendly , and itβs not long before youβre seated that they come over to take your drinks order . We ordered our meals , starters came in no time . Waited a little longer than normal for our main meal to arrive , but it was worth the wait . Food was excellent , all cooked and presented well . Would definitely recommend. Hannah our waitress went over and above to make our night a memorable oneβ
βI booked the Fairwater Pub's function room for my sisters birthday recently and it was amazing. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I started setting up to the very end of the night. The communication between myself and the Landlady and Landlord was smooth and very clear. They offered me tables and let me lay out the room how I felt best. They let us have a DJ there and our own catering. The price for the room was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. I would defiantly go back and I can't thank them enough! Happy smiles all aroundβ
βWhat a lovely place! The food was amazing, Kristy was very lovely and friendly. I fell down the river and my clothes were fully soaked, she offered help and let me dry the clothes on the radiator. Very cosy, good decoration and lovely atmosphere! Thank youβ
βSadly just outside of the delivery range but the food is certainly good enough to merit collection. Food was ready to be collected after 20 minutes on a Sunday, definitely faster than delivery would of been. Surprise of the order was the 'noodles, chips & sauce' selected their sweet & sour and it was really nice to go with the mains. The Salt, chili and pepper chicken and double cooked pork in spicy yellow bean sauce were both really good too.β
βLots of choice, the main issue is that there are far too many items without prices. Making the experience of shopping quite annoying. I usually put unpriced items back on the shelf. The manager needs to get this matter sorted as soon as possible, it's losing them sales.β
βI am a female customer aged 70+. I buy all my outerwear from this shop - have done so for more than 20 years. They always have good stock, hard working staff and a well organised rails. Quality of goods is above average - on par with M & S and better price. I also shop at their other shop Bonmarche in our garden centre sometimes for cheaper clothes. I hope EWM will carry on with their service long into future.β
βVery unique colorful natural looking garden, coffee was great overall peacefull atmosphere with a flowing river nearbyβ
