“Called to see samples of block paving choices, sadly no samples in the branch as bought to order, understandable when you see the range of choice to buy in their brochure. Samples were ordered for me as I waited from the manufacture for me to view next week.”

Spoke to the Manager Greg, he offered 3 options, replace with an identical model, upgrade or refund. I was able to upgrade and very happy with the Brushless Model. Only small thing that would be handy is if they had the staff to help me take large heavy items to the vehicle as a disabled customer thats the bit that is very difficult but hey cant have everything”

The lads have been awesome in helping me throughout the process - from the initial design, to accommodate a last minute necessary change to it. They were always available to help, saw me with very short notice and genuinely did their best to make sure everything worked for me. They provided also very valuable suggestions.
