“The NHS works very efficiently when it has to. I was given excellent care and attention when I attended the Heath A&E department with an injury and spreading infection. Despite attending in the early hours of the morning in a busy A&E with consequent long waiting times, the staff were courteous and helpful and gave full explanations of my treatment. Having been initially assessed and treated at the Heath I was redirected to Llandough hospital specialist orthopaedic department where I was seen, treated and then booked in for an operation the following morning. The surgeon and his team were efficient and helpful, the operating theatre facilities were modern and excellent and the staff supportive throughout. Post op support was just as good. I can only profusely thank everyone involved in my care .”

“Very very grateful for this practice, Alison was a huge help yesterday in making sure I had my repeat prescription over the Christmas period after an issue with the pharmacy’s fax machine, My repeat had been faxed through as urgent yesterday evening and Alison had this all sorted and signed within an hour before the pharmacy’s closed, Staff always friendly and very helpful even when understaffed and very busy.”

“Room and decor throughout is very tastefully decorated. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Really good breakfast all you could want. The bed was really comfortable too. A bonus to have onside parking too. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a 1 or 2 night stay here. It was lovely. Well worth a stay here. Oh and only a short walk to seafront too.”

“Both of my cats, Dandelion and Burdock are patients at this vets. They are always cared for with the utmost respect and friendliness. Whenever I have any worried or queries they are happy to answer any questions or give advice with a simple phone call. My little Burdock recently had spay surgery, she was cared for wonderfully and has had one of her two post operations and she is healing up beautifully. I love this vet service, they sent her home with pain relief, something that I didn't have with my boy when we were at a different vet. The prices are also amazing, very affordable treatments. My sister recommended this vets to me as her dog goes there and I jumped ship to this vets without a moment's thought, and I'm glad I did.
