“I contacted Robert September 2023 as I felt my teeth were resembling nanny McFee and the bottom teeth had been very crushed for decades! I had a consultation with Sue who explained the Invisalign process comprehensively. I had a scan of my teeth and a plan with 19 trays was developed. 2 weeks later I had my first tray fitted and I was on the journey. Regular communication was very easy and huge attention to detail. 9 months later and I now have a fabulous set of straight teeth and I have even had them whitened just in Time for my daughters wedding. I was never made to feel uneasy when I was clearly worried, anxious and panicked about being treated. They were available during the festive break when other dentists were unavailable or with limited capacity to see emergency patients-this was further distress when suffering excruciating dental pain which keeps you up at night.
