βI contacted Robert September 2023 as I felt my teeth were resembling nanny McFee and the bottom teeth had been very crushed for decades! I had a consultation with Sue who explained the Invisalign process comprehensively. I had a scan of my teeth and a plan with 19 trays was developed. 2 weeks later I had my first tray fitted and I was on the journey. Regular communication was very easy and huge attention to detail. 9 months later and I now have a fabulous set of straight teeth and I have even had them whitened just in Time for my daughters wedding. I am so happy with the outcome and have had many compliments. Thank you so much to all the staff too - a completely stress free environmentβ

βI am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. I went upstairs and only one other person was in the waiting room but within a minute I was called into the consultation room. And met Dr Tang. I explained the issue and my extreme anxiety. He was so nice and explained everything and within 10 minutes, he had put a temp filling in and explained what we would need to do next. I have a follow up appointment for next week and I would never say I am looking forward to it but I am more comfortable and will be less stressed / anxious / afraid. Thank you Dr Tang / Torcrossβ
