“Beautiful new hand-made to order Farma Chair We visited Whartons of Leamington Spa looking for some new items of furniture a couple of months ago and spent quite a while looking through all the furniture on display over the 3 or 4 floors. Whartons offers quite a wide choice of distinctly different furniture which is not typical of High Street stores. We saw a beautiful contemporary rocking chair and footstool with designer fabric, just gorgeous! – fell in love with it immediately, ordered it and waited a couple of months for it to be manufactured in Spain. The chair was delivered yesterday and it is simply stunning! It is comfortable, very stylish and a fabulous addition to our conservatory. Worth every penny! We have never seen anything quite like it anywhere and we are so fortunate to have dropped in to Whartons on that day. The store specialises in and stocks very high-quality furniture and offers one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I can remember.”

“Motel near Warwick/Leamington Spa. Comfortable rooms with ensuite. Kettle & tea making facilities. Clean, warm, good value for money. Breakfasts can be ordered- pay extra. No evening meals but good food at local pubs nearby. Ample parking outside room. Dog friendly.”

“Recently bought a new dining table, chairs and 2 sideboards from A5 Pine after a friend's recommendation and we were thoroughly impressed! Jade was brilliant when we visited the showroom, taking time to talk through the ranges and options without being pushy. We were made to feel valued and at home whilst we browsed and made our decisions. The range of furniture is amazing, and the prices for the high quality items they have are superb. The show room is very welcoming - we loved not only the furniture but all the little extras on show (we will definitely be back to get some of those!) When the first set of items were delivered, the process was seamless. Items brought in carefully and placed where we wanted them. This family business are run by people who care, who are friendly and who are incredibly passionate about their craft. What more could you ask for? We had an issue with one of our new dining room chairs that was quickly sorted without fuss - thank you! We are looking forward to the delivery of our remaining items and have already had thoughts about what else we would like. An added bonus is A5 Pine will build bespoke furniture too - which is what we are considering now for some extra storage! A definite must to go visit. Support our local companies!!”

“The Dog and Doublet is a lovely Old English pub. I stayed in a hotel with my husband which was a few minutes walk from the pub for my honeymoon and we dined at The Dog and Doublet. The lady who served me was lovely, so friendly and kind. The food was very nice too, I had the vegetable tart and my husband had the spicy chicken burger. We would definitely return ❤️”

“The rooms a kind of unique and lovely,but keep in mind if any event will go on you might either not sleep early or you request for a room not directly over the pub. The staff and service was excellent. Food was delicious and if you like beer you can get there plenty.”

“Had a party of 20 attend the restaurant on the 6/11. Always challenging when having a party of this size, however the food was excellent, bought out with perfect timing, and the service and attention my party received was of a very high standard. I am not from the area, but when I visit Leamington again or people suggest where to go out for this type of cuisine in Leamington The Himalayan will be the recommendation.”

“It’s been quite some time since we had eaten Thai so decided to go here for lunch on our wedding anniversary. It’s very close to the main tourist area in the centre of Stratford on a main street We had booked online though there were plenty of tables available (there’s a big area upstairs also). The restaurant is elegant inside and were warmly welcomed by the staff. There was a 2 course lunch menu or a la carte to choose from. We ordered the duck rolls and papaya salad to start - both were fantastic and so tasty. For mains I had the duck with holy basil and my wife the chicken massaman curry. Outstanding food with great flavours. Massaman sauce was especially good. We passed on desserts. Service was friendly and timely. Overall a great meal and look forward to coming back.”

“I don't live close by so I don't visit often, but when i am in the area this is my treat. It has everything. The aisles are wide which is perfect for someone who is claustrophobic like me. Love the cafe which I always visit half way through my shop. I'm sure this fuels me so I buy more! Plenty of free parking too. Win win!”

“Been lots of times to the cozy club their breakfast and brunch menu is brilliant lots of different things on there. I have tried quite a few. The bubble and squeak was one of my favourites unfortunately I think they have took it off the menu. I’ve tried a new dish recently it was really good came out really fast was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is always good in there even the day. It’s quite quiet but it’s nice relaxing atmosphere”

“Five of us turned up with one hour's notice on a Saturday night, they found us a table despite being really busy. Food was delicious, service was friendly and efficient. The chutney baltis are excellent. Definitely w worth coming here.”
