“Decayed wisdom tooth needed extraction-immediate care received as a private patient and smooth extraction. I was never made to feel uneasy when I was clearly worried, anxious and panicked about being treated. They were available during the festive break when other dentists were unavailable or with limited capacity to see emergency patients-this was further distress when suffering excruciating dental pain which keeps you up at night. I am truly grateful for Dr Ali and Dr Hussain for their care and professionalism. I recommend them highly.”

“We've been using this vet for almost 5 years now and despite moving further away we decided to continue to use this branch as the care we've received has always been amazing. Our first cat got cancer and unfortunately we didn't have insurance for however the practice treated us with care and understanding to do everything they could to support our cat with treatments we could afford. Sadly she didn't make it despite their faultless efforts. After a few years we eventually decided to adopt again and more recently had to visit due to an illness. Again the same care and attention, this time we a cat back to full health which we're so thankful for. A special shout out to Marcin who has been our primary vet on many occasions, he's always brilliant and shows a clear care for the pets he's caring for. You'll never be pressured to spend money on a treatment that's not required and you'll always know your pet is in safe hands coming here.”

“I have been here twice, on each occasion I received the best care. Reports were given to me within the time frame, they were upfront on tests I will need to do and ones that weren't necessary. The medical reports were gone through by the consultant ( on the day and a follow up telephone for the blood results). All questions were answered, I was never left with any uncertainty or unsure about anything. The reception staff are welcoming and polite. They offer complimentary coffee, latte, water etc and inform you to help yourself. They go out of the way to make you feel like you're welcomed. I needed to have bloods taken and the trained professional was able to take blood in one go! I usually get poked at least 3 times, but she was a pro! Made me feel comfortable and was talking, I didn't even realise that she drew blood until afterwards. I highly recommend this practice, it is my favourite private practice in Birmingham just a distance to get to, but worth it. The facility is also wheelchair friendly.”
