“We stayed in the well designed and well equipped annexe called the "Potting Shed" located at the back of the main house which was nice and quiet. There's ample on-site parking which is free. Park Cottage is only a few minutes walk from Warwick Castle and provides good access to the High Street with its shops and eating places. Our hosts, Janet and Stuart were very accommodating. Stuart provided us with an excellent full English Breakfast and Janet was very knowledgeable about what was happening at the Castle and recommended several eating places in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.”

As we were nervous at first leaving Frankie in day care, Carly put our minds at ease by being very responsive, answering all our questions, clear on structure and amazing with Frankie. Each week since, we’ve seen huge development with Frankie’s confidence and Carly has always been amazing with him. Overall an awesome experience for Frankie and for us as Dog parents.”

“Excellent, first class. From the moment we arrived our hosts Janet and Stewart could not have been more welcoming, they were the best most accommodating couple. Park Cottage is the most quaint building, every room from reception to dining room was exceptionally clean and tidy. We stayed in the Elizabeth four poster bedroom. There was nothing to fault, all your needs are met, from beautiful clean towels, shampoo and shower gel to chocolates on the pillow and pear drops on the dressing table. All the furniture was true to the room. It just looked like stepping into a stately home. The breakfast in the morning was superb, once again nothing was too much trouble and everything cooked fresh. There are no words great enough to recommend a stay here. Would i recommend this to people.....ABSOLUTELY”

“We enjoyed a one night stay here for a special birthday a few weeks ago. Our party booked 3 manor house master rooms which were all lovely and a great size. Our room Eastcote, was starting to to show a little bit of wear in a few places but overall it was very comfortable, especially the bed. We had dinner at the Warwick restaurant and absolutely loved it, the 5 course tasting menu was excellent and we felt reasonably priced for the quality. Breakfast was included with our stay and it didn't disappoint though the service was rather slow. We stayed with our dog and he was also made to feel welcome, a table was even set up in the lounge for us so that he could join us for breakfast! The grounds are large enough for a 20 minute walk and he was allowed to be left alone in the room while we had dinner. A bed and water bowl was provided along with a few poo bags and a packet of treats. Service through our stay overall was excellent and we felt very well looked after and we will certainly return.”

I had sea bass, cooked to perfection with lots of veg and hasselback potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Prawn cocktail was really good. Portion sizes just right. I went to my local plumbing merchant who told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc etc etc. Being a bit sceptical I went to these guys for a second opinion as I really don't know much about taps at all. I showed to sales guy a photo of the tap and he instantly told me what I needed to do and gave me two washers to complete the job. Within 5 minutes or getting home the tap was fixed. Thank you so much, wished I had got your name but good to know there are knowledgeable and honest people out there unlike the first place I visited. Thank you!”

We also had to amend our order after the first delivery and whilst I was expecting to incur additional cost, Lucy not only arranged a speedy replacement at no extra delivery cost but also processed a refund for the price difference. As for the fence panels, gravel boards and concrete posts, only time will tell but they look sturdy and of good quality. I could not recommend J Hubbard & Son enough. Thank you.”

“Great location, nice and peaceful. Rooms were immaculate, homely and very comfortable. Kenilworth Castle is a short walk away and Stratford-upon-Avon not too far a drive either. Tamarind was a great host, at the end of a phone for any queries. Home made cake and teas were a lovely welcome. Tamarind went out of her way to make our room up early. Beds were really comfortable with a lovely view of endless fields. Our stay ended with a breakfast with everything we needed. Fresh fruit, juice, yoghurts and a hot breakfast wrapped up a perfect stay. We'll definitely return.”
