“Absolutely first class. I had a problem with a constantly running old Bristan classic tap. I went to my local plumbing merchant who told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc etc etc. Being a bit sceptical I went to these guys for a second opinion as I really don't know much about taps at all. I showed to sales guy a photo of the tap and he instantly told me what I needed to do and gave me two washers to complete the job. Within 5 minutes or getting home the tap was fixed. Not only did they recommend a few companies to fit the fence, they have also replied to all the emails very swiftly throughout the whole process and offered competitive prices. We also had to amend our order after the first delivery and whilst I was expecting to incur additional cost, Lucy not only arranged a speedy replacement at no extra delivery cost but also processed a refund for the price difference. As for the fence panels, gravel boards and concrete posts, only time will tell but they look sturdy and of good quality. I could not recommend J Hubbard & Son enough. Thank you.”

“I have used Midland Domestic Services Ltd.'s boiler checking services for few years. They have been kept very professional and fabulous. Even I just stood beside the wall to see the bricks without saying anything, Jack has already known what I puzzled and told me that the colour of the bricks would be matched after they were dried. I'm so glad that although my English was not good, he could still read my mind. I think that's because of his professionalism. It really helps me, a non-English speaking one. All of them really made me feel no worries to let them go. Last but not least, what made me feel very amazing was their tidy-up. I know not everything is perfect, some dirt must exist after finishing some installation. But their tidy-up was fabulous. I have eczema normally but no breakout for this time. I have heard some YouTubers said that the old British craftsmanship, engineers were so professional and detail-oriented. I haven't met before until I have met all of you. Thanks so much to Carl, Craig, Jack and Mason. You are not old but very professional. You made me know what a real quality British service is and all of my family members are very happy and enjoyable to take the showers and can know what warm actually is in Britain now.”
