“My wife was released from hospital six months ago after having a stoma bag fitted - but she was also released with a severe infection to her wound. During the last six months, she has had to visit the practice every other day to have the stoma bag changed and the wound dressed. She has been treated with so much care and dedication by the Health Care Assistant at Phoenix and today has been discharged with the infection now fully healed. We are so grateful for the wonderful care the Health Care Assistance has given her over the last six months, but also the Doctors, Practice Nurse and the staff on Reception and staff of her Chemycare Pharmacy have given her. “Although I don’t go here anymore, I must say it has bullies but if you have good friends it can be a great place.The education is actually really good, (better than TNA’s) The teachers are strict but it’s only because some students are a bit rude but some do just want the best for you & your future. Everybody thinks Mr Nealon is a nonce. The P.E is good, because you get to do good subjects of pe especially if you’re the girls P.E group. In TNA you mainly just do football and netball. In Hartshill we did Rugby,football,netball,badminton and volleyball.”

They have referred me for scans, specialists, physio, gave great menopause advice. My experiences have all been brilliant. It us great being able to get out of hours appointments too due to my job. “Inadequate facilities for people having to queue for up to 30 mins to submit a prescription. I have arthritis and found the standing very painful. The waiting area with chairs was unassailable on that day. My number was 234 which kept appearing on screen as please wait. After 60 mins I questioned why it was taking so long. They said they didn’t have the complete order so did I want to return another day of take what they had. I took what they had after having to wait again for it to be re submitted. A week later they messaged to let me know they now had the remainder in stock. I do not rate this service.”
