“Kieran and his team of Nu Age did a fantastic job on our property. We wanted to have an air source heat pump but struggled to get an appropriate size which also would be exempt from planning commission. In our case it needed to be a bespoke system and they were able address all our wishes with infinite patience and great ideas how to implement them. They were not only focussing on the heating aspects, they took also care of plastering/woodwork/electrics etc. It was an all round package deal! . When we had an emergency later due to a fault of another handyman they responded within 3 hours and mended the leaking pipe for a very reasonable call out fee. Kieran also took his time to talk us through the heat pump system and how to use it. As our ASHP was installed in the summer we only noticed when 3 months later fwhen switching on the heating that it was not working properly. This was a fault caused by the ASHP provider (Valliant) as they provided a wrong installation plan. Kieran and his team were able to figure the fault out out by being in our property for around 4 hours while talking on the phone to Vaillant. This was of course all done without any additional fees. We have now our ASHP in place for around 5 months and it works as a treat. It is very reassuring to know that we have such a knowledgeable team in our area which is supporting us all the way through the process of getting renewable energy up to the very good aftercare Thank you very much!!”

“Carl Sorted a problem of no headlights on my daughters car.took it to Wilco about 8.30am.Never used them before but had seen good reviews about them. He told me it would probably be ready about Lunchtime but in fact rang me back after a very short time to tell me it was done!! Reasonable price to fit new bulbs. “Ate here tonight and initially seated near a very loud group of women. We asked to be moved and were quickly accommodated further away (and followed by another couple also moving away). The loud group were soon asked by the waiting staff to moderate their volume (some of the language being unpleasant), which was done very politely and professionally. The group eventually decided to leave which meant the atmosphere improved considerably. It was a delicate situation for the staff which was admirably handled. Meanwhile- we ordered our food and wine- lovely meals- a great choice on the menu, large portions, very tasty and fresh. The wine was beautiful. But also their customer service is superb. Friendly professional and so helpful. Have two little kids and sometimes I need to take my 6 months old or my 4 year old. “As a low carb vegetarian with a gluten intolerance, it’s fabulous to find a restaurant flexible and obliging enough to adjust their offerings to my atypical needs. Whilst hubby tucked in to his ribs with fries, my halloumi was served minus the rice or fries, but with a lovely range of (extra veg). It was so good that I asked if the halloumi I couldn’t manage could be boxed and the very friendly and obliging staff did just that. It’s so refreshing to find this level of service. My only critique is that the decor could be smartened up a little, but that did not detract from our experience.”
