“I called on a Sunday at around 12:30 in severe pain with a suspected throat infection hoping I’d not have to go to the walk in centre or wait until the next day for a doctors appointment after enduring nearly 2 weeks of being unwell. The gent who spoke to me on the phone was the most helpful and sincere pharmacist I’ve ever spoke to, he took my details and had a prescription of antibiotics ready for me when I turned up after assessing me. Thank you so much I didn’t catch his name but he was so helpful and I’m so grateful.”

He took the time out to help me with what I needed. On my visit I was able to wait for my medication but would have happily returned if they had been too busy.
