“Am giving 5 stars based on carol and Alasdair. I was unsure on whether to switch to this gym but carol is the best lady to talk to as she provided extensive options and gave a thorough tour. I didn’t feel pressure and she was warm and friendly. Alasdair is a brilliant instructor I would highly recommend his vinyasa flow classes.”

“Kids really enjoyed it. Easy to book and reasonable pricing. We went on a Saturday and was expecting it to be packed, but they keep the numbers at a sensible level. Food and drinks were nice enough, I've had much worse at other soft plays. Parking is ample and everything looked nice and clean. Would visit again.”

Parking on-site is limited, but alternatives are available at Sainsbury's or the Ropewalk, though note that card payments may not be accepted. It's a great spot for a daytime outing or dog walking, but I would recommend avoiding it after dark.”
