“We ordered 2x 8 seaters to take 10 of us and all our luggage to and from Birmingham airport (1 week later for the return). It was easy to book and had text confirmation to put our minds at ease knowing it was all sorted. Both taxis arrived at 2am to take us to the airport promptly (early infact, but were fine to wait until booked time). They got us to the airport safely and in a timely manner. Both drivers were very pleasant and polite. Made this part of our holiday seamless and stress free. Being picked up at both locations on time with no waiting wondering where they were. We were even delayed coming home on the plane and they texted to keep in touch with me to check how we were doing in arrivals getting our luggage. “So, had the car booked in with these guys for an Airbag light issue. They checked it, but due to lack of information from Nissan (no fault of theirs) they couldn't fully resolve the issue which they suspect the issue will come back. Therefore, Joe at the front desk explained all this very politely and said there would be no charge which was such a relief as I'll probably be paying for it to get sorted elsewhere. They suggested I go to a specialist in this issue which is fine, just appreciated their customer service, and fairness as the issue will probably come back again. Thank you!”
