I contacted F&G and spoke to a lovely young lady called Abby who assisted me with exchanging it for an Oris ProPilot. She kept me updated and informed at all stages which was brilliant. She sent me a follow up email to make sure everything was OK. It’s really refreshing to deal directly with one person, someone who kept me updated and genuinely caring. He was so very patient with our 3 small children and measured and expertly fitted each of them for a multitude of different shoes. We couldn't be happier and loved how despite one of our children wanting a certain style, he took the time to explain to him why they wouldn't be suitable as the fit just wasn't right and might end up hurting his feet. You just can't beat the Clarks experience for things like this and we'll be returning again soon no doubt!”
