“Seven of us went in today for a bit of lunch. We knew it might be busy but we took our chances. 20 to 30 minute wait for food was explained as we ordered. Not a problem. When the food came it was delicious. The service was spot on and we could tell that the staff were slightly stressed with it being so busy, but they delivered and made us very happy. However, this club did just that. Although there were a few misunderstandings at the beginning, the staff quickly addressed and resolved them, making sure my boys were comfortable and able to fully participate. I am beyond grateful for the inclusive and accommodating atmosphere that was provided for my boys. It was such a relief for me as a parent to see my children having a great time and feeling included. I am definitely planning on using this company again in the future and highly recommend.”

I didn't have the watch with me, just knew what I needed - the lady popped out the back, found the right size and didn't even charge for it! Will definitely return. Old fashioned service from a community minded dealer that is sadly a rarity these days. Great place.”

Between them, they resolved an issue I had with another store and processed an exchange when the shoes I had purchased hurt my Grandson's feet. Finally, thank you to Emma, who processed a 3rd exchange for the same style in a 1/2 size bigger. Clearly a really good Team at this store with a great culture for excellent customer service.
