“Went along recently to one of their running shoe try on events, New Balance in this case. I’d been thinking about buying a pair and when I saw the event advertised I signed up! On the night Anne Marie greeted us and made us feel really welcome. There was a rep from New Balance in attendance too with a a selection of different shoes to try. He engaged with everyone and was really helpful giving lots of information about the different shoe types. A group of about 20 of us (all different abilities and paces) then went for a nice 2.5 mile-ish loop from the shop to try the shoes. On our return we were treated to hot and cold drinks as well as pizza! My shoes were ordered and were available in a few working days. Fantastic service from a great local shop!”

“Popped in, as we wanted to try a range of different options to introduce to our dog, after using the same supplier for 5 years. I'm so glad we did, and a little regretful that we hadn't before! NRPF have a fabulous range of raw, and all of the best supplements and additions that you could want for (even kefir and various bone broths in little paw shaped ice cubes like I do at home!). Not to mention the treats and chews! The staff were so very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions so fully and discussing all of the details with us. I came away feeling very reassured and less worried about my choices. With their pricing being very competitive, combined with their wide range of brands, proteins and balancing options (various DIY, 80/10/10, complete, +veg, separate veg, chunky, smooth, etc.), I no longer feel like I'm having to consider other options (ie adding in some wet or dry foods) to be able to afford to feed raw. “Such an amazing reptile shop. Adopted a Mexican Black Kingsnake from them and honestly they were so thorough in making sure she was going to the right home, that the setup was correct and that we understood their needs. Even provided us with feeding charts, sheets of very helpful information and more. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The shop itself was very clean, well organised and all the animals looked to be very well cared for.
