“Caffè Nero has officially taken the crown as my new favorite coffee shop. Warm, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere aside, what made this visit truly memorable was the amazing service I received form the short red-haired barista behind the counter. She was simply wonderful. From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and warmth that made me feel so welcomed. It was like I was a regular even though it was my first time there. You could tell she really cared about her job double-checking everything and ensuring that my coffee was just right, and even asking how my day was going in a way that felt like she actually cared instead of it just being something she had to say to customers. The coffee itself was great and clearly made with a lot of love and care but honestly her energy and vibe is what turned it from "just grabbing a coffee" into something special. She created this welcoming vibe where everyone felt at ease; chatting kindly with customers, remembering little details about their orders, keeping the space friendly and comfortable. I will definitely be back not just for great coffee but for the wonderful service I experienced from the barista. Caffè Nero is really lucky to have her.”

Ken & Tracey were flexible, patient & understanding throughout which is extra appreciated at such a busy time of year and made me relaxed enough to extend the room-at-the-inn - well beyond the initial weekend booking. SheRa was happy and well cared for when I collected her. I’ll use them again and recommend anyone with a rabbit to checkout the fab outdoor hutch setup.”
