“Just had the Thai special with boiled rice and OMG absolutely delicious, packed with prawns, chicken, pork and beef along with tomatoes, onion, carrot, bamboo shoots, celery and peppers. All perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Think I've just found my must have dish”

“It's a takeaway so can't really judge on atmosphere. Always seems cold when waiting though. Food was tasty as expected. Used to be contactless a while back but now with new owners either cash or via a food ordering website like Just eat that add additional commission on top.”

“Top service all round Great food and there always happy when taking the order over the phone they do an excellent very fast delivery service too. My favourite is the fillet steak Cantonese style (always tender) with salt & chilli chips and egg fried rice highly recommended !”

“Have used them for a good while now, throughout corona and before. Food is always good, hot and as ordered. Delivery can sometimes take a while (I order via apps which give timings and they generally go to the later end of what's given) but only once did I have to chase it, obviously a busy day. It happens. Friendly delivery staff, same for in the shop itself on the few occasions I've done a pickup instead. 5* Hygiene rating, and normal practices seen for food storage and prep as you'd find in other fast food Cantonese shops. I'm a former food hygiene auditor myself and haven't seen anything that would worry me, which isn't always the case around here, I can say!”

“Have gone here consistently before we moved away. Always ready on time when I have picked it up. Never had any problems. Recommend the oriental chow mein which contains black bean sauce.”

“Exquisite food hot and on time the only criticism is the Korean chicken sesame was a small portion for £9.50 and no free prawn crackers for spending over £60 but the special curry and noodles and rice and ribs and the sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style was sublime we will be using Canton Wok again thank you for the delicious food. “Have just returned from eating dinner at Eastern Spice. The food was absolutely beautiful, staff very attentive and I think it was v reasonably priced, £26 for poppadom/ pickle tray, pint of larger and a mixed Korai (chicken, lamb, king prawn, kebab) amd pilau rice. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“We have used Yam Sings for 20 plus years, always have a good takeaway from here. Never eaten in the restaurant. Food is always good quality, hot & tasty. We tried another Shepshed takeaway last night, as Yam’s is closed on a Monday. It very was a poor second, won’t be moving my custom away again, I’d rather wait an extra day.”

“Very good, tasty and well cooked. They even make their own BBQ sauce for the ribs. Mostly Chinese dishes but some Malay, and few Thai and western style dishes to mix things up. We were asking how they made their roast pork, as we fancied trying to do it for a BBQ, a while later their cook dropped round with the key ingredient we were missing and told us how to do the marinade.”

“Wow!! We ordered takeaway tonight to our hotel on Uber Eats and the food and service was absolutely excellent. I'm so glad we went with this restaurant. The Singapore noodles and Kung Po dishes were particularly amazing, but all the dishes were great. I accidentally ordered one dish incorrectly, but I phoned and they fixed it no problem as well as preparing our order extra spicy as we requested. It was also really fast delivery of hot food, big portions and well sealed containers. If I lived here I would wash out and keep the containers. I wish we lived in Derby so we could order it again! Best Chinese food I've had.”

“I've tried all the Chinese restaurants in Loughborough and this is by far the best. Great taste, Portions are very generous, the prices are very fair and the staff are super friendly. Best salt and pepper chips, and they make the best King Prawn fried rice ever. I used to go there every day, and i still would if i didn't change work place!”
