“I booked a service and a MOT online. When I arrived at the garage due to an admin error the garage wasn't expecting me. Despite this, they managed to take my car and fit it in. While the car was there, I got a call where the mechanic explained what repairs were needed and how much it would cost. Everything was explained to me clearly. I got a call the following day and when I came to collect the car I got further advice on what repairs the mechanic recommended in the near future and provided me with a cost estimate. The whole process was smooth and quick and I was kept informed throughout. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this garage.”
