They phoned me up to explain and didn't charge me for the diagnosis, also liked to note they listened to the customer (me) on how to correctly to lock the car and actually locked it. Other companies in the past have failed this step. 10/10 customer service.”

“Bowbridge garage really saved my bacon last week - I was on my way to Alton Towers from Sheffield and realised I had a headlight out and knew I’d be driving back in the dark. Both Halfords and the Honda garage couldn’t change the headlight on my Honda Accord as it’s a stupidly fiddly job (Honda quoted me £150 for a headlight change, adamant that they’d have to remove the whole front bumper). After frantically googling places near Alton Towers my Dad found Bowbridge and spoke to them - they got me in straight away, changed the headlight in about 20 minutes (without removing the bumper!) and I paid a small fraction of what Honda quoted me. They were so friendly and helpful and I’m really grateful I found them - would highly recommend.”

“I can not express how great these guys are! Hathaway was recommended to me through a family friend as I wanted a quick inspection on my car before a 2000 mile road trip around Europe. Although I gave short notice, Aron was kind enough to not just fit me in but also gave enough leeway in case any work was required. I dropped off my car and I'm very grateful to Dean who managed to spot a rather important faulty link in my suspension. I received a phone call straight away to tell me the news, naturally with how these things go I was expecting to be told that a huge bill was coming my way with long repair times but this wasn't the case. Hathaway were honest and transparent through the whole process, managing to source the part that day through local business and avoided the crazy manufacture mark up. Not only that, my car was repaired and collect that same day. Without a shadow of a doubt the best customer service I have received, I left feeling very happy and confident for the road trip ahead.
