“Very good, tasty and well cooked. They even make their own BBQ sauce for the ribs. Mostly Chinese dishes but some Malay, and few Thai and western style dishes to mix things up. We were asking how they made their roast pork, as we fancied trying to do it for a BBQ, a while later their cook dropped round with the key ingredient we were missing and told us how to do the marinade.”

“I’m from Norway, and while traveling I randomly came across a small pizza place called Pizza Romance. I had no expectations – it was just a spontaneous stop – but what an incredible surprise! From the very first bite, I could tell this was something special. The crust was perfectly baked, with the ideal balance between a crispy edge and a soft center. The sauce tasted fresh, full of tomato and herbs, and the cheese was melted to perfection. The toppings were fresh and worked together in a way I rarely experience, even at well-known pizza spots. On top of that, the service was warm and welcoming – you truly feel at home. Overall, this became one of the best pizza experiences I’ve ever had, both in and outside of Norway. Highly recommended if you ever get the chance!”

“Came to Anokis from Bradford after spending the day in Derby. Nearly missed it on the A38 so first impression of the location wasn't impressing but that soon changed with the astounding exterior deco (see pics) and ample parking. Service - Loved what the waiters were wearing as part of their uniform. They were extremely polite and talkative yet very busy. Always someone watching the tables should a table need some service. Toilets - very clean and fresh & accessible. Food - Expensive especially for a small plate of starters but nonetheless the food was delicious. The mains were a better size for the price and tasty. Anokis do a deal every Wednesday and a member discount which you may need to be mindful to checkout. Atmosphere - great atmosphere. Great deco and lighting, lively and impressive space & quality seating. I would definetly recommend a visit to Anoki.”

“Been ordering from here for years, delivery is always quicker than the expected time shown on Just Eat, have tried other places when this one is closed but nothing comes close, the portion sizes are massive and cheaper compared to other Chinese restaurants. “Love this restaurant in the centre of Park Farm Shopping Centre, really delicious food cooked to perfection, great vegetarian options as well, the mushroom Korma was mouth-watering! They also do takeaways. Free car parking in park farm shopping centre, though time restricted to 2 hours I think, but check first, as I walked there so didn’t use it.”

“As always I eat at places that have a few dissapointing reviews only on deliveries and the time customers wait for food to arrive. That tells me two things. Either they are well in demand or just have drivers from temu. Wow. The food was spot on. Flavoursome and good portions. I did not wait for a delivery. I collected mine. “Wow first visit had the mega munch box and wow the food was awesome best Chinese food I have ever had a must try the munch box is the best value you get so much for £25 the spring roo.s and samosas were unreal, ribss great taste chips were good not you cheap crap chips very chunky then the fried rice and noodles were a great, curry and sweet and sour sauces were just sublime all in all Deffo return, I only have one remark is the young man taking my order very how can I say , grunted there was no hello welcome to goldengate my names Jim how can I help, that sort if thing.
