“We weren’t the regular guests, Dad and grown up son with severe learning difficulties for a birthday treat. I’d pre-discussed the visit and then booked online as directed. Two afternoon passes with high tea and two additional treatments for my son. From the moment we walked in we were treated royally by all the staff. Greeted by name, handled both warmly and sensitively. Nothing was too much trouble. The amazing facilities are well documented in other reviews, but it’s the warmth of the staff that I want to highlight. A perfect experience.”

However, the real highlight of my trip was the spa. It was a truly amazing experience. I had initially booked a massage but was delighted to take advantage of a 40% off offer to add a facial. The spa staff were very accommodating with this last-minute change. ​My therapist, Hannah, was fantastic. From the back massage to the facial, she was an absolute professional. “Booked our 4 year olds soft play party here Sept 2025. The softplay has loads of different areas and activities within it. Our family love it and so did the kids at the party. We had studio B for the 2nd hour of the party and it was a great size for us to set out different activities for the kids to do after their food. The buffet was pretty basic but fine for kids, quite expensive for what it was, but I guess it saves prepping and the hassle of sorting it all out yourself! Overall, a big success, and great place for a party”

“What an amazing pool! We booked online, and as we entered the lifeguard was super friendly and explained to us about the pool and asked if we had been before, and was clearly so enthusiastic about how nice it was - she wasn't wrong! The spring fed water is lovely and fresh, plus it's 36.5m long so feels like a good length between ends. We were informed we needed a swimming cap to swim, but the lifeguard was more than happy to lend us some for our session. £10 is a super reasonable price for the grounds and the quality of the pool and unique spring fed water. I'll be back!”
