“A brilliant place, I wish I had come here instead of buying a lot of hardware things on Amazon. The prices here are surprisingly low including this paint which was £10! They went to good lengths to control the number of customers and attempt to promote social distancing during COVID-19. Best of all was the staff; very helpful and lovely. Really enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back. I really hope people look here for their goods before before going online. They have click and collect too.”

“recently had to get a washer dryer repaired, contacted go assist and arranged a call out, sadly they had deployment issues however they were prompt about notifying me. Recommend another provider and were very professional about providing a refund and were transparent about what timeline I could expect from their side. Impressive to see a company willing to be honest and help even when they don't end up with a pay check at the end”
