“Excellent service at Livingston store, first time buying a mattress ever, Scott was helpful and attentive, did not feel rushed to make a decision- given ample time to decide. Used the dreams computer device to help us narrow down our choices. We were offered refreshments during our visit which is always appreciated. Mattress arrived on time, delivery men were efficient. Mattress very comfy, no issues, having good nights sleep on this mattress. We chose The Hyde & Sleep hybrid ice K mattress.”

“Jack was fantastic in telling us everything we needed to know and helping us with any questions I had. He was very friendly and was understanding of our kids being with us, nothing was too much for him. He was very cautious of my younger child getting upset and worked through the process quickly and professionally making sure we had all the right information.”

“This long overdue review is finally being written because I'm thinking back of the wonderful 3-night stay I had at the end of August. :) The twin room was cozy, warm, and quiet after spending full days in Edinburgh. Oh and the Tunnock's caramel wafer biscuit and hot chocolate were welcome treats to return to and warm up to. LORNA IS WONDERFUL!! Every morning she made sure we started our day with her delicious breakfast offerings. Even though we had a car we opted to walk 10 minutes to the bus stop and take it to the city center. I enjoy walking out not surrounded by hotels and busy streets. It was nice feeling like a local and taking the 30 minute or so bus in. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to my next visit to Lorna and Whitecroft B & B! :)”

“Elizabeth was really wonderful and made our day. She was kind, helpful and very funny. We missed our flight and were scrambling for somewhere to stay. We had booked the farmhouse as it was close and affordable and are so glad we did! The rooms were cozy and clean and the breakfast was really delicious. Elizabeth has been running the B&B for most her life and it really shows in the hospitality she showed us. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. There are no fridges in the rooms and the tv is small but that’s part of B&Bs usually anyway.”

“Outstanding. We met Jamie from Haig at a trade show in Glasgow. What we got from Haig was superb quality delivered quickly (most kitchens need to be shipped). But what we also got that we hadn’t expected was absolute flexibility (the kit in Livingstone is highly configurable, so when our specs changed (as they do) we weren’t stuck with standard sized units. Jamie’s design and responsiveness were superb. As we used a fitter he recommended (Wayne Smith, who was fantastic) Jamie and Wayne navigated the job between them such that kit arrived at the times it was needed, and where there were any issues around fit or spec, replacement kit took days not weeks. And the finish is outstanding. Absolutely recommend Haig kitchens.”

“My wardrobes have just been completed, I am so happy, the workmanship from the joiner Billy was exceptional, he is a true asset to your company, lovely man, tidy and works very hard, the quality of his work and the completed Wardrobes are exceptional.. I also purchased my carpet from Robert and again beautiful, carpet fitter lovely wee man also, I highly recommend you give Robert and his team a call. Thank you once again”

“Very Covid 19 friendly. Felt safe due to the few numbers permitted in store with plenty of arrows and social distance lines. Far better than any other local shops. This store just as good as it was prior to CV19.”

“Spoiled for choice on the range of clothes on offer. Sizing is a hit and miss though, as some items are a really generous cut, and others are on the VERY small side. Overall, however, clothes are on trend and at a good price.”
