“The element in my built in oven didn't work and I called Trinity Domestics. The engineer John came out the next day and identified the other wee issues with the oven I was living with. Within a couple of days John came back and fitted a new oven. John was friendly and wore PPE in accordance with the COVID guidelines at all times. The girls in the office were lovely and sorted everything. My old oven was taken away and they took the rubbish!”

“Turned up to Bumper to Bumper unannounced with an issue with the bonnet mechanism. Without any hassle, the owner took time to properly look through what the issue may be and tried to resolve the situation as best as he could. He honestly could not have been anymore helpful. I live in my van and also use it for work as a joiner, so it's really important for me to find a good garage that is reliable and honest. My van also needed a fair bit of additional work and the staff went above and beyond to get everything completed as quickly as possible, even making sure that I could have my van back at the end of each day so that I didn't have to find alternative accommodation while the work was completed. Superb garage. Highly recommend.”

There are always so many stories going around about rogue car dealers/mechanics that finding a reliable, courteous, competitively priced and local garage is a real pleasure. I have been back now 5 times over the last 4 years for MOT's on 3 different cars. The staff have always been friendly and willing to explain what needs doing. The thing that sold it for me the first time and subsequently when walking past (which i do 2 or 3 times a week) is that they are always busy. It doesn't seem to stop them being able to fit me in at my convenience, not theirs. I would definitely recommend this garage as a centrally located, convenient, independent gem!”
