“I want to start by saying the team here genuinely made a Christmas miracle happen. I went into the store to collect my son’s bike for Christmas, only to realise I had accidentally ordered it for Saturday the 27th — after Christmas. As you can imagine, I had well and truly messed up and was firmly in the bad books with my wife. Despite this being completely my mistake, the bike team absolutely came through. They went above and beyond by sourcing the bike from another store, bringing it in, and building it the very next day. Because of their effort, my son will have his bike on Christmas morning.
