While another famous garage said that it might be a serious gearbox issue and asked me to contact the dealership - whose earliest slot would be in two weeks. Kevin and his team managed to check my car in a very short notice and located the problem - fully fixed immediately and also made sure the car was ready for a heavy load and long distance trip. “Tyre going flat despite being topped up. Went in on a Saturday morning on the off chance of getting it fixed. I was informed that the Mots booked in for that day would make it unlikely that my tyre could be fitted in, and was asked to come back on Monday. Monday morning, tyre unresponsive to any attempts to introduce air. Fitted spare. Went in to DSC on way to work and was shown the reason for no inflation. Ask for a replacement tyre to be fitted and expected to pay the normal price for mid price example. I was called in the afternoon by Jackie to say my tyre was ready. Arrived to find my new tyre balanced etc asked for it to be fitted which was passed on to one of the guys to do. Asked the price……had to sit down for this….not even £100 ……yes, balanced , fitted and a cracker of a tyre….all for under £100. I can see why these people have 5 star reviews…. A gem of a place with excellent staff. 5 stars all round.”

“Just want to say thank you to Colin and team for going above and beyond to repair my ABS, I had a recurring problem for months where the ABS light would flag up on the dashboard upon reaching a certain speed, and after repeated fruitless garage visits elsewhere, I was eventually referred to here by my usual garage. Colin and team went above and beyond and kept me informed every step of the way and explained how the ABS system works and all the inner issues as to why mine wasn't working, how it should normally work and what he was going to do to rectify it. I would rate higher than five stars if I could as it seems to me that mechanics who know how things should be and exactly why things don't work and how they should work are few and far between and he was also determined to get to the root of the problem and rectified other issues along the way that were contributing factors. He worked really hard, tested and retested the car to tackle the root of the problem. Service was honestly outstanding and I would recommend TJ Wallace to any motorist needing their ABS sensors looked at, thank you very much!”
