The staff could not be more helpful, And the Pharmacist who is there most days is a naturally nice person who has excellent medical knowledge. I asked if it was possible if the continence products could be delivered as I have a shoulder injury at the moment and they said yes they could do that and they would deliver all future prescriptions. “Okay so here's the thing-- I have had terrible, terrible experiences with this pharmacy and can honestly attest to the low ratings. HOWEVER, there is newly hired pharmacist who seems to genuinely care about the patients. Can't remember his name but I believe he was Greek (?? not sure). Anyways, he did a great job during our consultation, was very sincere, and the whole of the staff was quite prompt. Would definitely give them another chance as I initially dreaded going in to see them again but was pleasantly surprised.”
