“Despite being reasonably fit and active I was aware of increasing stiffness and lack of flexibility and a friend suggested I try pilates . Karen took time to assess what my problems were and explained in clear terms what needed to be fixed and how she proposed to do it. Karen has a friendly and professional manner that gives me a lot of confidence as well as encouragement. I have experienced improvement in posture and flexibility and now, thanks to Karen's careful explanation and instruction, have the knowledge to sustain this improvement.”
