“A good place to take children to play. Soft balls, stairs, and slides are available on one side. On another side, there is a climbing zone for the kids and teenagers. On top of it, there is a small coffee shop and a waiting area in Softplay.”

“Hosted my son’s 21st birthday party here last night, from the first contact with Kirsty everything was arranged flawlessly. Venue is very well organised with tables, dance floor, buffet , decorations, etc and staff worked extremely hard keeping everyone served at the bar”

“So this place is new to me. What a fabulous use of space and great homage to what it was before. This place is wheel chair accessible. Has plenty toilets. Has disabled toilets. Has a cafe with ok ish coffee. Vibrant open space with good use of eye catching colour. The chimney in the hidden garden is just a glorious view of industry gone but not forgotten. Please pay a visit to this place. It's pure ded brilliant. Photos attached.”

“Attended the Glasgow warriors v DHL Stormers game on Friday 30th May 2025. Easy to get to, free bus pass included with your ticket (need to take the code provided and buy it via the first bus app), or drive and park nearby, there are plenty of spaces but watch out for resident permit parking zones on the streets closest to the stadium. Stadium is easy to access fully once inside as you can walk round the whole pitch to access services and eateries as well as all stands. Plenty of stewards and staff on hand.”

“Absolutely loved my stay at Motel One! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the train station, close to the subway, and surrounded by pubs, shops, and everything you need right outside the door. Perfect for anyone who wants to make the most of their time in Glasgow. The rooms were spotless and cleverly designed to feel spacious, even though it’s a budget-friendly hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Special shoutout to the in-room hairdryer — as someone who depends on a good one, I was pleasantly surprised at how great it was! Overall: fantastic location, excellent value, and real comfort. Thank you, Motel One, for helping make my vacation so amazing!”

“We booked the space for my son's 2nd birthday and it was BRILLIANT! Such a bright and airy space with a great selection of crafting materials, toys and books. We also hired the bouncy castle and it was really safe and huge hit with the kiddos. We brought our own food for the kids, but ordered pizza from the restaurant downstairs for the adults and they were affordable and delicious. Kristen was super friendly and welcoming and gave us really clear instructions for how to book, what was expected of us on the day and directions to the venue. Highly recommended!”

“Both of our children have gone to Smiley Stars in Mansewood and have been so well cared for. It's a clean, friendly, fun and loving environment. The management team endeavour to help out with last minute requests if we have been stuck and need last minute early drop off or for them to be fed dinner. The nursery teachers in each room genuinely care and get to know each child and what comforts them. It's so reassuring to know they're safe and happy while we are busy at work. Very good communication with regular updates and photos of what they're up to, which helps so much especially if they've been upset being dropped off. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities to keep them learning and occupied. Thank you so much for helping our kids grow ❤️”
